REACH Bowls for BBBS Bowl for Kids' Sake!

Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids' Sake will be held THIS Saturday, March 31st! REACH is happy to announce that we are the Spare Sponsor of this event! Bowl for Kids' Sake will be taking place at 2 different venues: 11am-1pm at Willi Bowl in North Windham and 10am, Noon, and 2 pm at AMF Silver Lanes in East Hartford.  All money raised will support Big Brothers Big Sisters and help change the lives of every child who would benefit from having a Big Brother or a Big Sister.

71st Annual OM Show Benefiting Bristol Boys&Girls Club

REACH is pleased to announce we are a sponsor for the 71st annual OM show benefiting the Bristol Boys&Girls Club. Join us on April 20th and April 21st at St. Paul Catholic High School for the 2012 OM Show. This year the show is titled "Studio 54" and the performances will be held Friday and Saturday evening at 7:30pm and Saturday afternoon 1:30 pm.

Ticket prices are $20 for the Friday&Saturday evening performances. For the matinee, $15 for adults & $10 for children under 12 years of age.

A fun night out while benefiting a great cause...make sure to write this one down in your calendars!

10-Year Old's Birthday Money Donated To REACH

This past weekend, Tristan Grande celebrated his 10th birthday! Instead of asking for presents at his birthday party, he asked his guests to make donations to The REACH Foundation. Tristan raised $115.00!!! This money will continue to help children in need. The kind acts of children empower us to continue making a difference. A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to Tristan!

On Saturday, April 14th, The REACH Foundation is a proud sponsor of the Rosanna Davis Fund Dance Party at Maneely's Banquet Hall in South Windsor, CT. The night's events include dinner, music, dancing, silent & live auctions. The Rosanna Davis Fund provides funds to local students so they may gain access to arts, cultural programs and professors at the Hartt School of Music.  Let's help them reach their goal of $50,000 while "supporting student dreams through education"!

Sponsor of the Wheeler Regional Family's YMCA O'Mazing Race

The REACH Foundation was the proud sponsor of The Wheeler Regional Family YMCA's O'Mazing Race on last Satuday, March 17th! Individuals met at the Farmington Community Center where they all gathered to support the same cause, the Wheeler Regional Family YMCA's Strong Kids Campaign.

Teams walked, ran, or drove to accomplish the scavenger hunt while collecting points to win.  This was a fun way to spend St. Patty's Day by supporting an amazing cause!

World's Fastest Golfer vs. World's Fastest Board Breaker

TOMORROW NIGHT The World’s Fastest Board Breaker, Leif Becker, and The World’s Fastest Golfer, David “Ogie” Ogron will compete at 6:30 p.m., at The Wilson Gray YMCA, located at 444 Albany Ave, Hartford. These two men will face off in a friendly competition to raise awareness of the needs of children around the world, but more importantly, right here at home. Spectators will have the opportunity to... identify a barrier facing children by writing it on either a board or a golf ball, and watch as these World Champions break through those barriers.

Leif Becker holds two world records, 140 boards broken in 10 seconds and 487 boards broken in one minute. David “Ogie” Ogron holds two world records, including the most golf balls hit in 2 minutes. These World Record Holders will be set up head to head and will have 60 seconds to determine who is the fastest while supporting REACH’s efforts to raise awareness for children in need.
